Prep Cook & Service Cook

Seeking line cook with professional kitchen experience, including working a hot line or baking. Line cook is responsible for cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by the Chef, stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food during service, food and portioning prior to service, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.


Knowledge of food safety standards, ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time, attention to detail (so as to match food presentation and quality standards).


Part time to start. Flexible prep schedule. Service cook hours are during evenings on weekends from 4 p.m. – 10 p.m. 


$14/hr + tips (tips are pooled)
